熊切和嘉 / 監督

1974年北海道帯広市生まれ。小学生の頃から映画好きで、中学時代にはビデオカメラで映像制作を始める。高校卒業後、大阪芸術大学芸術学部映像学科に進学。卒業制作『鬼畜大宴会』（97）がぴあフィルムフェスティバル準グランプリを受賞。劇場公開もされ、異例の大ヒットを記録。さらに、ベルリン国際映画祭ほか10か国以上の国際映画祭に招待され、イタリア・タオルミナ国際映画祭ではグランプリに輝く。
2010年、函館生まれの作家・佐藤泰志の小説を原作につくられた『海炭市叙景』は、失われつつある地方都市とそこで生きる人びとの哀しみと美しさをたたえた函館市民発の映画として国内外で高い評価と反響を得る。
紋別を舞台にした『私の男』（2014年）では流氷の上での撮影を決行し、モスクワ国際映画祭で最優秀作品賞と最優秀主演男優賞（浅野忠信）の二冠、2022年には東北を縦断するロードムービー『658km、陽子の旅』で上海国際映画祭の最高賞と主演女優賞、脚本賞の三冠を受賞。近年は『#マンホール』（2022年）や『ゼンブ・オブ・トーキョー』（2024年）といった新たなジャンルにも挑戦している。
最新作は2025年公開予定の韓国ホラー『神社（シンサ）』。

Born in Obihiro City, Hokkaido in 1974. A film buff since elementary school, he began filmmaking with a video camera while in junior high school. After graduating from high school, he entered the Department of Film and New Media, Faculty of Arts, Osaka University of Arts. His graduation work, “Demon Banquet” (1997), won the semi-grand prize at the Pia Film Festival. The film was released in theaters and was an exceptionally big hit. The film was also invited to the Berlin International Film Festival and more than 10 other international film festivals, and won the Grand Prix at the Taormina International Film Festival in Italy.
In 2010, “Sketches of Kaitan City,” based on the novel by Hakodate-born writer Yasushi Sato, received high acclaim both in Japan and abroad as a film made by Hakodate citizens that celebrates the sadness and beauty of a regional city that is disappearing and the people who live there.
In 2014, “My Man” (2014), set in Monbetsu, was shot on an ice floe and won two awards at the Moscow International Film Festival, Best Film and Best Actor (Tadanobu Asano), and in 2022, “658km, A Journey of Yoko”, a road movie that traverses Tohoku, won three awards at the Shanghai International Film Festival, including Best Film, Best Actress and Best Screenplay. In 2022, he won the Shanghai International Film Festival's triple crown for Best Actress, Best Actress, and Best Screenplay for “658km, A Journey of Yoko,” a road movie traversing Tohoku. In recent years, she has also ventured into new genres such as “#Manhole” (2022) and “Zembu of Tokyo” (2024).
His latest film is the Korean horror “Shrine (Sinsa),” scheduled for release in 2025.

bon"D"gonは北海道札幌を拠点とするトライバルインストゥルーメンタルジャムバンド。
トランス、テクノ、ダブ、ドラムンベース、ファンク、ヒップホップ、等様々なジャンルの要素を取り入れ、トライバルでオーガニックなダンスミュージックを展開する。

ふわふわ上機嫌ジャムバンド『KAJIKA』で活動するGon(ギタリスト、トンコリ奏者)とBon(ドラマー)にて、2024年の春頃から札幌の路上でバスキングを開始し、度重なるセッションの中でユニット『bongon』として活動を開始する。
路上とパーティでのLIVEを繰り返しながら、様々なアーティストとのコラボやセッションを経て同年秋に、バンド名『bon"D"gon』として生まれ変わった。

『Sound from DNA』をテーマに掲げ、DNAの響きを音楽に昇華させ、トンコリ、ドラムという異色の組み合わせにより、古代の儀式のように熱狂的な雰囲気を醸し出し、路上で磨いた音楽スキルで札幌を中心とする北海道各地で野外フェスやパーティでLIVE出演を繰り返している。

bon “D ”gon is a tribal instrumental jam band based in Sapporo, Hokkaido.
The band incorporates elements of trance, techno, dub, drum'n'bass, funk, hip-hop, and various other genres to create tribal, organic dance music.

Gon (guitarist, tonkori player) and Bon (drummer), both active in the fluffy jam band “KAJIKA,” began busking on the streets of Sapporo in the spring of 2024, and through repeated sessions began working as the unit "bongon.
After collaborations and sessions with various artists while repeating live performances on the streets and at parties, the band was reborn as “bongon ”D "gon in the fall of the same year.

With the theme of “Sound from DNA,” the band sublimates the sound of DNA into music, and creates a frenetic atmosphere like an ancient ritual by using a unique combination of Tonkori and drums. He has been performing live at outdoor festivals and parties in Sapporo and other parts of Hokkaido.

ROTH BART BARON（ロットバルトバロン）は、シンガーソングライターの三船雅也を中心とする日本のフォークロックバンド。2009年頃から音楽活動を始め、これまでに4枚のEPと最新作『8』を含む8枚のオリジナルアルバムを発表。多数の音楽フェスに出演し、2023年には2度目となる＜FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL＞にも出演した。

ROTH BART BARON is a Japanese folk-rock band led by singer-songwriter Masaya Mifune. The band was formed and has been based in Tokyo, Japan. The band has released four EPs and eight original albums. The 1st LP, “The Ice Age,” was recorded in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with Brian McTear (Kurt Vile, the War on Drugs) and mix engineer Jonathan Low (The National, Taylor Swift). The 2nd LP, “Atom,” was recorded at God Speed You! Black Emperor’s studio, “Hotel2tango,” in Montreal, Canada. The 4th LP, “The Name of the Beasts,” was awarded the grand prize at Japan’s alternative music awards, “APPLE VINEGAR - Music Award -2020”. 札幌市のクリエイティブ⽀援施設Inter x cross Creative Centerにてアシスタント・コーディネーターを務め、映画プロジェクトなどをプロデュース。 映画撮影コーディネーターとして、国内外の映画プロジェクトの北海道ロケをサポート。映画『キリエのうた』では、⼗勝撮影のコーディネーターを務める。 現在、北海道科学⼤学メディアデザイン学科にて 地域x映像 を研究しながら、小樽市と北海道中央バスとの共同研究にて3本のオムニバスショートフィルムを学生たちと制作。 さらに、2022年に設⽴したものかたり株式会社にてクリエイティブプロダクションを⾏っており、企業や研究機関、行政などの物語を映像化、また、十勝で撮影した『馬橇の花嫁』の全国での劇場公開を目指すなど、地域発の映画を制作・配給している。 2006年⽴ち上げより運営に携わる札幌国際短編映画祭では、プロデューサーとして企画立案、パートナーとの提携、国内外の映画祭との交流を行っている。

Assistant coordinator at Inter x cross Creative Center, a creative support facility in Sapporo, producing film projects. As a film shooting coordinator, he has supported domestic and international film projects on location in Hokkaido. He also served as coordinator for the filming of the movie “Kirie's Song” in the township of Fukachi. Currently, while researching regional x visual images at the Department of Media Design, Hokkaido University of Science, he has produced three omnibus short films with students in collaboration with Otaru City and Hokkaido Chuo Bus. In 2022, the company Monokatari Inc. was established as a creative production company, producing and distributing films originating from the region, including the visualization of stories from companies, research institutes, and governments, and the nationwide theatrical release of “Bride by Horse-drawn Sled” shot in Tokachi. As a producer of the Sapporo International Short Film Festival, which he has been involved in since its launch in 2006, he is involved in planning, partnering, and exchanges with film festivals in Japan and abroad.

フィルムは回り　トト少年の夢は広がる

『ニュー・シネマ・パラダイス』の舞台は、戦後間もないシチリアの小さな村である。この村の唯一の娯楽の場は、パラダイス座という映画館だ。主人公のサルヴァトーレ少年は、イタリアの喜劇王にちなんでか、トトと呼ばれている。そのトトは親の目を盗んでは映画館に通い詰めていたが、彼の心を魅了したのはフィルムの宝庫である映写室とそれを操る映写技師のアルフレードだった。始めのうち頑固者のアルフレードは、映写室という聖域から進入者のトトを追い出そうとするが、やがてふたりの間に不思議な友情が芽生える…。 トトとアルフレードの愛あふれる関係、フェリーニの『アマルコルド』(74)を思わせる一癖も二癖もある映画館の常連たち、青年期のトトの初恋と失恋、そうしたトトと彼をめぐる人々の思い出が、ユーモラスにそしてノスタルジックに描かれる。

"New Cinema Paradise" is set in a small village in Sicily shortly after the war. The only place of entertainment in the village is a movie theater called the Paradise Theater. The main character, a young boy named Salvatore, is called Toto, perhaps after the Italian king of comedy. Toto, who spends most of his time going to the cinema without his parents' notice, is fascinated by the projection room, a treasure trove of film, and Alfredo, the projectionist who manipulates it. At first, Alfredo is stubborn and tries to drive Toto away from the sanctuary of the projection room, but eventually a strange friendship develops between the two.... The film humorously and nostalgically depicts the loving relationship between Toto and Alfredo, the regulars of the cinema with their own quirks reminiscent of Fellini's “Amarcord” (1974), Toto's first love and lost love as a youth, and the memories of Toto and the people around him.

菊地 辰徳 Tatsunori Kikuchi​

株式会社 haku 代表取締役。株式会社 BREW 代表取締役。不二ハウス工業株式会社取締役。米国留学中に現地のクラフトビール文化に触発される。米国の大学で環境学を修めた後、現地で環境コンサルティング 会社等を経て、2018 年に北海道のクラフトビールを楽しむことのできる宿泊飲食施設 haku hostel + cafe barを白老町で立ち上げる。
2019 年に十河と出会い、20 年来の友人である栗原とともに、The Old Grey Brewery を創業、ディレクターに就任。

海の砂漠化が問いかける、自然と人の新たな関係。

「海の砂漠化」って何だろう？
日本の海岸には、コンブやワカメなど、約1500種類もの多様な海藻が生息しているといわれています。
海の砂漠化とは、海中に広がる「海藻の森」が減少し、まるで砂漠のような状態になってしまう現象のことです。一般的に「磯焼け（いそやけ）」と呼ばれています。

私たち世代の選択が、未来を変える。

It is said that about 1,500 varieties of diverse seaweeds, such as kelp and wakame seaweed, inhabit the coasts of Japan.
Marine desertification is a phenomenon in which the “seaweed forest” spreading under the sea is reduced and becomes like a desert. It is commonly referred to as “isoyaki” (sea desertification).

If this trend continues, the survival of the entire marine ecosystem is in jeopardy. Now that global warming is being felt firsthand and climate change is advancing by the minute, what kind of future will we hand down to the next generation? One filmmaker, who had no connection to the sea, was moved by something to visit the coastal areas of the Japanese archipelago and talk with the children, fishermen, and researchers who live there. ニセコヒラフグリーンパーク開催期間中に常設されるスケートランプを使用したスケートコンテストを開催します。オープンクラスは子供も大人も男女も関係無く誰でも参加可能です。各クラスの入賞者には、協賛各社からの商品をプレゼント。是非、みんなでスケートセッションを楽しみながら、日頃の練習の成果を見せ合おう！

また当日は有名なプロスケーターの滑りが目の前で見れるデモンストレーションランや、写真撮影会・サイン会などを開催予定です。大会に出場しない方も見学のみも可能ですので、是非お越しください！

お申し込み確認後、大会事務局より、お申し込み完了メールと、当日の集合場所や流れなどの確認メールをお送りさせて頂きます。 A skating contest will be held using the skate ramps that will be permanently installed during the Niseko Hirafu Green Park. The open class is open to everyone, regardless of gender, children or adults. Winners of each class will receive products from sponsors. Come and enjoy the skating session with everyone and show each other the results of your daily practice!

On the day of the event, there will also be a demonstration run where you can watch famous professional skaters perform right in front of you, as well as a photo session and autograph session. Those who are not participating in the competition are welcome to come and observe the event!
